Learning Curve Brands chose to work with us to refresh the Johnny Lightning brand, making it more relevant to today's kids as well as its loyal legion of hard-core die-cast vehicle collectors. We developed a new brand identity that speaks to the brand's 36 year heritage through a contemporary, yet nostalgic design approach. We maintained the familiar upward sweep of the typography, the yellow, white and red color palette, and the lightning bold “L”. We developed a unique structure and package design system that establish a cohesive brand statement while distinguishing between toy and collector product segments.
