Pre-Design Research

Our customizable, exploratory pre-design research process uncovers and defines a brand’s Enjoyment Assets prior to design development. It looks for the point at which the consumer connects with a brand in a positive, enjoyable way.

In addition to conducting a comprehensive brand analysis, we conduct market research to thoroughly understand the category. We research the competitive offering within the category, then take an in-depth look cross-category to gain insight into current trends, and to explore how other similar products are marketed to the brand’s core consumer demographics.

This information enables us to determine the most appropriate communication methodologies and visual cues to leverage, so that we can begin design development with clear focus.
